Please note only lump sum contribution option is available on online application. If you would like to choose monthly contribution, please fill in and return “Application of Participation Form for Smart Easy Personal Contributions” which can be download from “Download Centre” of our website.
Please note that Smart Easy Personal Contributions application is not applicable for persons who are US citizen/with US nationality, are US resident or US tax payer, or have a US address (e.g. correspondence, residential or business address in the US).
