| Small balance account with a total not exceeding HK5,000 and fulfilled all the 3 circumstances stated below:
- No mandatory contributions were paid or required to be paid for the member during the 12 months immediately preceding the lodgement of the claim; and
- The member does not have any accrued benefits kept in any other MPF schemes; and
- The member does not intend to become employed or self-employed in the foreseeable future.
